We are seeking an exceptional and driven mobile growth manager to join our team at Together. As an early stage team member, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our growth strategy, focusing on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our consumer subscription app. Our current team consists of talented individuals in Product, Design, and Operations, and we are seeking someone with strong mobile growth DNA to complement our skillset.
Lead the growth efforts for our consumer subscription app along the mobile growth stack, including paid acquisition strategies as well as organic growth initiatives
Collaborate closely with the Product, Design, and Operations teams to optimize the user journey and drive conversion rates.
Oversee our strategy and optimization of ASO for both the iOS App and Google Play stores
Drive the quarterly test plan based on quantitative and qualitative insights and data
Drive and own the quarterly forecast and budget for new user acquisition and activation
Identify and implement growth experiments, leveraging A/B testing and other analytical techniques to optimize key metrics.
Utilize your deep understanding of the US and/or UK markets to tailor growth strategies and tactics that resonate with our target audience.
Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize brand exposure and user acquisition.
Continuously monitor and analyze growth metrics, generate insights, and propose actionable recommendations to improve performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile growth, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Proven experience leading growth initiatives for a consumer product in the US or UK, preferably within the lifestyle centric brand space.
Completion of a growth program like Reforge or Demand Curve is highly desirable.
Strong expertise in mobile growth, particularly with experience in mobile subscription products.
Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a data-driven manner, utilising analytics tools and leveraging insights to drive growth.
Previous experience working in early-stage startups or with any early-stage product, where you played a crucial role in driving growth.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-reliant and proactive approach to problem-solving.
A keen understanding of brand-building principles, coupled with a relentless focus on quantitative growth metrics.
Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving results.
