We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Design professional who can contribute their expertise, leadership, and creativity to help us shape the future of our product. 

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in defining the user experience and visual aesthetics of our product. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualisation to delivery, ensuring a user-centric approach and exceptional user experience.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and refine product requirements, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions, iterating on designs based on user insights.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support during the development process.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and techniques, and proactively share knowledge with the design team.

• Proven record of working in an early-stage start-up environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Extensive experience in product design, with a focus on user experience and interaction design.

• Proficiency in designing with Figma.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, and the ability to apply them effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, translating business and user requirements into exceptional design solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, translating findings into actionable design improvements.

• Portfolio showcasing a strong body of work that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
